For faculty members and students (with limited mobility) participating in the procession, please contact the Office of Major Events at 434-982-3099 to arrange for parking. For guests, accessible parking will be available in the surface parking lot adjacent to John Paul Jones Arena (see Accessible Parking Diagram).
Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located inside John Paul Jones Arena.
Individuals using wheelchairs and one companion may sit in the designated areas inside John Paul Jones Arena. Signs designating accessible routes will be posted, and ushers will be available to assist you.
Accommodations for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Assistive listening devices are available at the arena for this event. To obtain one of these devices, visit the Guest Services desk in the main lobby. ASL interpreters will also be provided for this event. Guests requesting these services should inform an usher upon arrival at John Paul Jones Arena and you will be directed to appropriate seating.
